Can I review the complete book before it is printed?
Yes. Before checkout, you’ll see a short personalized preview. After payment, we’ll send the complete PDF within 24 hours. For physical books, you’ll then have 12 hours from the time the preview email is sent to review the book before printing.

How long will my order take?
The complete PDF is sent within 24 hours after payment. Once a physical book is approved, or the 12-hour review period ends, it is prepared and dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery time and cost depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
What can be corrected, and can I cancel?
During the 12-hour review period, you can report objective text or generation errors, such as a misspelled name, incorrect selected details, a missing animal or object, or a clear visual mistake. This review stage is not intended for redesigning correctly generated poses, outfits, backgrounds, expressions, compositions, or the illustration style based solely on personal preference.
If a physical order is cancelled after the complete personalized PDF has been delivered, we retain the price of the corresponding PDF-only option, including Extras where applicable, and refund the remaining difference. Once physical production begins, changes and cancellations are no longer possible. PDF-only orders are non-refundable after delivery.
