1.  Order processing time

  • Handling time: Orders are printed and dispatched within 5 business days after payment and artwork approval (or after the 12-hour review window ends, whichever is later).
    You will receive an e-mail with a tracking link as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

3.  Carriers

  • Primary postal carrier: Latvijas Pasts (tracked air‑mail).

  • Optional upgrades: DHL Express, FedEx – shown at checkout when available.

4.  Customs, duties & taxes (outside the EU)

  • Books usually enter duty‑free; however, local VAT or clearance fees may apply.

  • We ship DAP (Delivery at Place) unless you choose a duty‑paid courier option at checkout. Any import charges are payable by the recipient.

5.  Tracking & delivery issues

Tracking numbers usually activate within 24 hours of dispatch.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the parcel, contact us within 7 calendar days.

If tracking shows no movement for 30 calendar days from dispatch (EU) or 45 calendar days from dispatch (rest of world), please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

6.  Delivery to PO Boxes & military addresses

We can deliver to PO Boxes within Latvia/EU. International PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses are not supported.
